Melissa

Melissa has been knitting: 

Sunburnt by Nidhi Kansal, our new shop sample knit with one skein of Pashmina (the loveliest silk/cashmere blend) in the perfect cherry merlot color "Tart"

FINISHED: V Neck Boxy with fingering Paloma (more arriving soon) from Traveling Yarn - this felt like the never ending project!

Still slowly working on Caladium Scarf for her sister, a pattern name which half of us still seem to have trouble figuring out how to pronounce 

Hartigan for a friend, another one you've probably seen before - it's been around a while (it's a marathon, not a race, after all!)

FINISHED: her Dan Doh Lily KAL - we made some kits, also can use Dan Doh Linen

Promenade Blouse, making in a DK and a Suri 

Baby Sweater using this kit from Appalachian Cotton (for a nephew's new baby)

Other happenings:

We got to participate in the first Sweet GA Peach Yarn Crawl organized by Channy Peas, a fiber lover and pin designer we love love love (you've seen her fun pins in the shop before!)

We took it as an opportunity to highlight some GA- and local-made goods! Here's the list:
