About our raffle:
All of your $11 raffle ticket will go directly to Harper Elementary and for each ticket purchased Fuzzy Goat will also donate. Your purchase is for a chance to win the bag set. Our raffle will run through Black History month, February 28th. We will draw a winner on March 2nd. 

About Harper Elementary School
Our neighborhood school is Harper Elementary School, just 4 blocks from Fuzzy Goat. We feel a particular care for these students who 91% participate in the free lunch program and go home to food insecure situations as well as experience a lack of basic educational supplies. Principal Pamela Cloud says a current need for her 99% black students is for funds for rewards to encourage academic achievement. Harper gives the students who reach a specific academic goal a gift certificate to some of our local general merchandise stores. We thank you in advance for letting these students know that their lives matter.

About the Leaping Goat Set, a $136 value, is from the Silk and Cotton Shop, owned by artist Eliza Schneider-Green. Everything is made by Eliza's hand in her home studio in North Florida. 

Eliza is a seamstress, painter, photographer, and professional graphic designer with a love for trial and error and making a mess in the studio. She and her husband have four cats, a lot of plants, and a mutual hatred of heat.

Her workday usually involves an early morning cup of tea, non-stop NPR, and lots (and LOTS) of fabric scraps.

The Silk and Cotton Shop name was passed down from Eliza's great-grandmother, Bluma, who sold sewing notions and fabric in Panama City, Fl, in the early twentieth century. She was an entrepreneur who immigrated from Russia as a teenager, stood tall in her 4 foot 9 inch frame, raised three sons and one daughter, and never missed a chance to fill her table with as much food as could fit.

Return Policy

To protect you from odd dye lots, odors, or allergens, yarn may not be returned. We want to be sure that each skein you get has come direct from the dyer, to the shop to you. Full priced items other than yarn may be exchanged for shop credit if Fuzzy Goat receives the item within 2 weeks of when you received the item. Curated boxes are not eligible for returns  

To be eligible for an exchange, there must be proof of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition when Fuzzy Goat receives it. Shop credit will be for the items purchased and not inclusive of shipping. We recommend insuring your package as we cannot credit returns for items that do not arrive.

If you are requesting to cancel an order, within two hours of your order and we have not wound your yarn and it has not yet reached our Fulfillment Maven, we will issue you shop credit for your whole order. (We incur quite a few non-refundable fees from our merchant services as soon as your order is placed)

Missed Coupon Policy

If you make a request, within the hour of your order, for us to retroactively apply coupon codes or gift card codes not entered at checkout we will need to deduct the merchant processing fees that we will be assessed. We will issue your difference in shop credit to be used in 60 days. Please be sure to fully enter your coupon code or gift card before completing checkout. Use all caps if coupon code is in all caps and Birthday coupons do include the word Birthday

Shipping Policy

We currently automatically ship within the United States, if you would like us to ship outside the US, contact us and we can make arrangements for you. Please allow between 5-10 days for your order to arrive. It may take us longer during big sale promotions. If more than 10 days have passed please email us at heyfuzzy@fuzzygoatyarns.com to review the status of your order. 

If you have ordered one of our subscription boxes or a pre-order item, please take note of the later dates those are expected to ship.

$20.00-$49.99 = $8.90
$50.00-$99.99 = $9.80
$100 and up = $13.90

We don’t have free shipping thresholds, though there are certain times of the year will do a promo for free shipping. As a small indie shop, we price shipping as close to actual cost as possible so we can continue supporting indie dyers, paying designers fairly, and offering personal help in-store and online. It’s one of the ways we keep Fuzzy Goat sustainable and able to serve our community long-term. We truly appreciate your support.

We make every effort to reuse boxes, bubble wrap, and other stuffing for shipping whenever possible. We do focus on our foot-print and where our lovely vendors are located. We are constantly on the hunt for more eco-friendly, cost-efficient options that also keep your precious yarn safe and dry.
