Mistake pair: We're sure you don't make mistakes in your knitting or crochet, but if you do these little markers will really help! Do you ever realize you forgot to do a yarn over? Progress Keeper Goat Bell: Our new favorite: our custom progress keeper: latch it on your project when you start your day's stitching to see how far you got that session. We put "More Goat Bell" on it as we ring our shop's goat bell when you all finish a project! Plus, fans of Will Farrell might remember the "more cow bell" skit 🐐 🔔 (blue)

Katrinkles is Katy’s whimsical workshop in Rhode Island. We’re tickled that she handcrafted custom knitting tools for us.
Every computer monitor is calibrated differently. Slight variations in tone and saturation will vary from monitor to monitor. The actual color of your item may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
To protect you from odd dye lots, odors, or allergens, yarn may not be returned. We want to be sure that each skein you get has come direct from the dyer, to the shop to you. Full priced items other than yarn may be exchanged for shop credit if Fuzzy Goat receives the item within 2 weeks of when you received the item.
To be eligible for an exchange, there must be proof of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition when Fuzzy Goat receives it. Shop credit will be for the items purchased and not inclusive of shipping. We recommend insuring your package as we cannot credit returns for items that do not arrive.
If you are requesting to cancel an order, within two hours of your order and we have not wound your yarn and it has not yet reached our Fulfillment Maven, we will issue you shop credit for your whole order. (We incur quite a few non-refundable fees from our merchant services as soon as your order is placed)

If you make a request, within the hour of your order, for us to retroactively apply coupon codes or gift card codes not entered at checkout we will need to deduct the merchant processing fees that we will be assessed. We will issue your difference in shop credit to be used in 60 days. Please be sure to fully enter your coupon code or gift card before completing checkout. Use all caps if coupon code is in all caps and Birthday coupons do include the word Birthday
We currently automatically ship within the United States, if you would like us to ship outside the US, contact us and we can make arrangements for you. Please allow between 5-10 days for your order to arrive. If more than 10 days have passed please email us at heyfuzzy@fuzzygoatyarns.com to review the status of your order.
If you have ordered one of our subscription boxes or a pre-order item, please take note of the later dates those are expected to ship.
