Goat Gang Program
BIG announcement for our online goats 🥁 Fuzzy Goat has made our Goat Gang Program digital!
As a member of the Goag Gang you'll now be able to earn and use Cashmere Cash online AND in the shop! You can shop our whimsical selection of yarns, bags, gear and gifts from home AND earn Fuzzy Goat's Cashmere Cash (rewards in everyday language)!
Some things to note:
✅ 🐐 Make sure that you log in at the top right of our page when making purchases, using the same email each time
✅ 🐐 Points are earned on transactions; after 7 separate days of transactions, points can be redeemed for Cashmere Cash and applied to your purchase!
✅ 🐐 You'll see a widget marked REWARDS in Fuzzy Goat magenta - on the bottom right of our website
✅ 🐐 Online points are intended to start in 2025 - so in getting everything ready, some past transactions look a little messy
✅ 🐐 We do have a few exclusions: classes, gift certificates, popups, curated boxes

To redeem your Cashmere Cash online
Make sure that you log in at the top right of our page when making purchases, using the same email each time
➡️ Put items in your cart 🛒
➡️ Sign in to REWARDS, magenta button on the bottom right of our website. Use the email typically used for Fuzzy Goat orders
➡️ Did you forget your password? Use the "forgot?" link and check your email for further directions. Or perhaps you never set up an account with Fuzzy Goat? You can "Create account"; be sure to use the email typically used for Fuzzy Goat orders
➡️ Once signed into REWARDS, choose REDEEM, then APPLY, then ❎ out of REWARDS at the top right, or click the turquoise button at the bottom left
➡️ Go back to your cart, then CHECKOUT, that is where you will your cashmere cash coupon applied to your order
➡️ Pro-tip: be sure what you owe for merchandise is more than you have in cashmere cash (rewards): the system doesn't "give change" and it doesn't apply rewards to shipping and sales tax. Cashmere Cash is like a coupon and cannot be combined with other coupons.
*we've been practicing in the shop for many weeks and we're still working out the bugs, so please be patient with us. There's still a few glitches, but we didn't want to further delay you earning points!
