Welcome to the Goat Gang — where loyalty has its rewards.

As a member you earn Cashmere Cash on every purchase — online and in the shop. That's Fuzzy Goat's name for rewards points, and they're redeemable for real dollars off your next order.

Earning Cashmere Cash: Shop as usual — points accumulate automatically on every transaction. After 4 shopping days, your Cashmere Cash is ready to redeem.

A few things to know:

  • Always log in at the top right of our site when you shop — use the same email every time
  • Look for the magenta REWARDS button on the bottom right of our website to check your balance
  • Each day you shop counts as one visit, regardless of how many transactions you make that day.
  • Cashmere Cash applies to most purchases. Exceptions: curated boxes, PopUps, classes, and events.

Redeeming your Cashmere Cash:

  1. Sign in using your Fuzzy Goat email — use "forgot password?" if needed
  2. Add items to your cart
  3. Click the magenta REWARDS button at the bottom right
  4. Choose Redeem → Apply → close the REWARDS widget
  5. Go to your cart → Checkout — your Cashmere Cash will be applied as a coupon

A couple of pro tips: Make sure your merchandise total is more than your Cashmere Cash balance — the system doesn't give change and can't apply rewards to shipping or taxes. Cashmere Cash works like a coupon and can't be combined with other discounts.
