A note on Posh
We adore this yarn, hand-dyed on such a unique base, in the United Kingdom. Our orders incur a large shipping and tariff charge due to new import fees—costs we absorbed to a unprofitable margin but simply couldn’t absorb entirely. We’re still thrilled to offer this yarn, and that The Uncommon Thread is still shipping to the US, but we wanted to be open with you about why the price is higher than expected.

Like a distinguished gentleman that has just donned his best clothes, Posh Fingering is a blend of British Blue Faced Leicester, Silk and Cashmere. It has amazing shine and a soft handle. Very versatile, it may be used for shawls, garments, socks and baby items.
Classified as a Fingering, but it could work as a Sport! 440 yards, 70% merino, 20% silk, 10% cashmere.
The Uncommon Thread is a small artisan company based in Brighton, England. All of their yarns are lovingly hand dyed in small batches. They aim to occasionally source a few unusual, British breed yarns that are often limited editions. These are spun in small mills from small flocks and are very special.

Return Policy
To protect you from odd dye lots, odors, or allergens, yarn may not be returned. We want to be sure that each skein you get has come direct from the dyer, to the shop to you. Full priced items other than yarn may be exchanged for shop credit if Fuzzy Goat receives the item within 2 weeks of when you received the item. Curated boxes are not eligible for returns
To be eligible for an exchange, there must be proof of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition when Fuzzy Goat receives it. Shop credit will be for the items purchased and not inclusive of shipping. We recommend insuring your package as we cannot credit returns for items that do not arrive.
If you are requesting to cancel an order, within two hours of your order and we have not wound your yarn and it has not yet reached our Fulfillment Maven, we will issue you shop credit for your whole order. (We incur quite a few non-refundable fees from our merchant services as soon as your order is placed)

Missed Coupon Policy
If you make a request, within the hour of your order, for us to retroactively apply coupon codes or gift card codes not entered at checkout we will need to deduct the merchant processing fees that we will be assessed. We will issue your difference in shop credit to be used in 60 days. Please be sure to fully enter your coupon code or gift card before completing checkout. Use all caps if coupon code is in all caps and Birthday coupons do include the word Birthday
Shipping Policy
We currently automatically ship within the United States, if you would like us to ship outside the US, contact us and we can make arrangements for you. Please allow between 5-10 days for your order to arrive. It may take us longer during big sale promotions. If more than 10 days have passed please email us at heyfuzzy@fuzzygoatyarns.com to review the status of your order.
If you have ordered one of our subscription boxes or a pre-order item, please take note of the later dates those are expected to ship.

We make every effort to reuse boxes, bubble wrap, and other stuffing for shipping whenever possible. We do focus on our foot-print and where our lovely vendors are located. We are constantly on the hunt for more eco-friendly, cost-efficient options that also keep your precious yarn safe and dry.
