We’re bringing back our beloved knitting retreat—new name, same Fuzzy Goat magic!

Join us for two relaxing and joy-filled nights at The Paxton, a historic Southern inn just several walkable blocks (.7 miles) from Fuzzy Goat. This cozy weekend is all about connecting—with your yarn, your creativity, and a group of fiber-loving friends. Whether you’re returning or joining for the first time, this is your chance to unwind and stitch in good company. *we’re not experts on brioche knitting, we still tink to fix mistakes rather than dropping down, but we have some tips for beginners and we’ll be adventurous together!

We will start with dinner at 6 PM on Friday (though you can check in early and enjoy the Paxton) and conclude at 2:30 PM on Sunday

Our Values Hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. When you join us at Goat Together, we want you to feel not just welcomed, but truly seen and safe. This retreat is built on kindness, connection, and creativity—complete respect for every person in our flock reigns. Our goal is to create a space where every stitcher can relax, be themselves, and leave feeling a little more whole.

Accessibility We’ll be enjoying venues around downtown Thomasville, all within a 15 minute (.7 mile) flat walk. To enter The Paxton, you will go up a few steps. A few of The Paxton bedrooms are upstairs without an elevator.

Transportation The closest airports are Tallahassee, Florida (40-minute drive), Valdosta, Georgia (45-minute drive) or Atlanta, Georgia (4 hours drive).

Refunds from spots paid prior to November 23rd will incur a $75 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellations after January 1, 2026, unless we can fill your spot from the waitlist. Refunds after December 1 will incur a $150 cancellation fee, even if your spot is filled from the waitlist.

Dietary Restrictions We will follow up with a quick survey of your serious food allergies/dietary restrictions as we get closer to our event.

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's color, actual colors may vary slightly due to different device screen settings. Slight variations in tone and saturation will vary from monitor to monitor. The actual color of your item may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

Return Policy

To protect you from odd dye lots, odors, or allergens, yarn may not be returned. We want to be sure that each skein you get has come direct from the dyer, to the shop to you. Full priced items other than yarn may be exchanged for shop credit if Fuzzy Goat receives the item within 2 weeks of when you received the item. Curated boxes are not eligible for returns

To be eligible for an exchange, there must be proof of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition when Fuzzy Goat receives it. Shop credit will be for the items purchased and not inclusive of shipping. We recommend insuring your package as we cannot credit returns for items that do not arrive.

If you are requesting to cancel an order, within two hours of your order and we have not wound your yarn and it has not yet reached our Fulfillment Maven, we will issue you shop credit for your whole order. (We incur quite a few non-refundable fees from our merchant services as soon as your order is placed)

Missed Coupon Policy

If you make a request, within the hour of your order, for us to retroactively apply coupon codes or gift card codes not entered at checkout we will need to deduct the merchant processing fees that we will be assessed. We will issue your difference in shop credit to be used in 60 days. Please be sure to fully enter your coupon code or gift card before completing checkout. Use all caps if coupon code is in all caps and Birthday coupons do include the word Birthday

Shipping Policy

We currently automatically ship within the United States, if you would like us to ship outside the US, contact us and we can make arrangements for you. Please allow between 5-10 days for your order to arrive. It may take us longer during big sale promotions. If more than 10 days have passed please email us at heyfuzzy@fuzzygoatyarns.com to review the status of your order.

If you have ordered one of our subscription boxes or a pre-order item, please take note of the later dates those are expected to ship.

$20.00-$49.99 = $8.90
$50.00-$99.99 = $9.80
$100 and up = $13.90

We make every effort to reuse boxes, bubble wrap, and other stuffing for shipping whenever possible. We do focus on our foot-print and where our lovely vendors are located. We are constantly on the hunt for more eco-friendly, cost-efficient options that also keep your precious yarn safe and dry.
